Hey there, fellow humans!

 

I'm Noelle, one of the visually gifted creative wizards roaming this crazy world of advertising. I proudly hold a BA in design and Honours in Visual Communication, which basically means I'm certified for madness.

 

They say it takes 10,000 hours to become a master at something.

Well, I'm a "jack of all trades," dabbling in designing, digital drawing, filmmaking, photography, music, animation... the list goes on.

 

But don't mistake me for a "master of none."

Because I did spend well over 10,000 hours on one thing:

STORYTELLING. More specifically, visual storytelling. Whether I was designing, drawing, making videos, or selling a big idea, I was ALWAYS spinning tales that people relate to.

 

People seemed to like the stories in my head, and because of that my work has been recognized by the industry's biggest awards. I was fortunate enough to snag awards at the Loeries, Ad of the Month/ year at Creative Circle, Orchid Awards, Assegai Awards, and New Gen. My creations even got featured in Little Black Book and Contagious Magazine. The list does go on, check out my Linkedin or CV for the extended list.

 

FCB has been my home for the past year, but I also had a blast as the Senior Art Director at Grey Advertising, where some of my favorite campaign pieces were born. They still hold a special place in my heart.

 

Recognition comes in all forms, you know what truly made my day? When a random Twitter (X) user, who goes by the handle 'NotANoob,' declared that our “The People Vs Savanna” advert was the "Best f#cking ad in existence." 

 

Obviously, if it's on Twitter (X), it must be true, right?

 

Before all this excitement, I had the pleasure of working at Joe Public and Sauce Advertising. I even ventured into the desert and spent some time in the UAE, working for Artise Design based in Dubai Design District. 

 

While there, I also launched my own startup called Studio Gus in Abu Dhabi. It's now my pen name for all the commissioned and freelance work I create in the industry.
